    Summary

    We are hiring an Account Handler to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for our clients/brands. The role involves handling product listings, orders, returns, and account performance across major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc

    Description

    The Account Handler will be responsible for managing seller accounts on e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, healthy account metrics, and timely resolution of issues. You will coordinate between internal teams and marketplace support to maximize sales and account health.

    Responsibilities

    *Manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
    *Upload, update, and optimize product listings (title, images, price, content).
    *Process orders, returns, refunds, and handle cancellations.
    *Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve issues/tickets.
    *Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and catalog teams.
    *Track inventory and ensure stock availability.
    *Run basic promotions, deals, and coupon setups.
    *Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

    Skills

    *Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
    *Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
    *Basic understanding of listings, FBA/FBF, returns, and payments.
    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    Qualifications

    *Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
    *1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account handling (freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
    *Basic computer and internet proficiency.
