We're hiring enthusiastic Telecallers to join our remote team. You'll connect with customers over the phone, share information about our products/services, and help drive sales from the comfort of your home.
As a Work From Home Telecaller, you'll be the voice of our company. You'll make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, build customer relationships, and support our sales goals. This role is perfect for confident communicators who enjoy talking to people and meeting targets.
*Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
*Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
*Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries
*Maintain accurate call records and update the database
*Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
*Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
*Share customer feedback with the team
*Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
*Good listening and convincing skills
*Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
*Patience and a positive attitude
*Ability to handle rejection professionally
*Time management and self-discipline (for remote work)
*Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
*0–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (freshers welcome)
*Own laptop/smartphone with stable internet connection
*Quiet workspace at home
