    At Khandesh Rubtech Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality industrial products. Since our products are manufactured to specific technical standards, we follow a strict return and refund protocol to ensure fairness and quality control.

    1. Scope of Returns

    Returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions:

    • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a functional or structural defect (e.g., deformed dimensions, material impurity) that deviates from the Technical Data Sheet (TDS).

    • Transit Damage: If the goods are received in a damaged condition. Note: This must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the unboxing.

    • Incorrect Shipment: If the items delivered do not match the specifications mentioned in the Tax Invoice.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.

    • Custom-manufactured batches (e.g., specific rubber compounds) made as per the client's unique requirements.

    • Damage caused by improper storage or handling at the buyer’s site.

    3. Return Process

    • Intimation: The buyer must notify our Sales Team via email (sales@khandesh.in) or phone (7723836935) within 3 days of receipt.

    • Inspection: Our quality control (QC) team may request samples or photos to verify the defect. In some cases, a physical inspection at the buyer's site may be required.

    • Approval: Once the return is authorized, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

    4. Refund & Replacement

    • Replacement (Preferred): Defective items will be replaced with fresh stock in the next available dispatch at no extra cost to the buyer.

    • Refund/Credit Note: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a Credit Note for the value of the returned goods, which can be adjusted against future invoices.

    • Bank Refunds: Direct bank refunds are only processed if the order cannot be fulfilled by the company.

    5. Logistics & Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to a manufacturing error or transit damage (under our carrier), Khandesh Rubtech Pvt Ltd will bear the return shipping costs.

    • In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return freight.
